"Then, with the cloud lifting a touch again, a little of the folds in the land beyond the main ridge began to tentatively appear; each progressively more mist-shrouded as they receded. So, for the final attempts I stood back up, widened the perspective and tilted the camera to show that to best effect too.
Finally, when the first walkers of the day appeared I managed to include one figure, wrapped up against the cold, that happened past - providing a subtle counterpoint of detail colour".
