The end of a long wait?
Chris' retreat from making images is coming to an end. In fact his entire life has seen dramatic changes over recent years and especially over the last few months; changes that include, for example, moving to Cambridgeshire, becoming an OAP(!) and buying a campervan.

Anyway, with the prospect of a return to making images - and in the slightly longer term, exhibiting - he has spent some time updating this website. This includes correcting display errors (particularly to the Collection "Thumbnail Pages") that had crept in during the site's three years of neglect!

So, a new picture:
Not that he hasn't taken ANY pictures over this fallow period: There have been picture taking moments - as there are for most people. It's just that he hasn't been making them with a view to showing them publicly. Although, as if to make a decisive break with that way of thinking, here is one image that was made this year on an iPhone:

In fact it was taken using the phone's Panoramic setting. (How technology moves on...). And yet this particular shot isn't the best shot taken on the occasion. A better one will be revealed here later. It's just that Chris is considering entering it in an iPhone photo competition that requires submitted images to be "unpublished".
