This Brighton image isn't far off being a full 360 degrees and, fortunately, is one of the first panoramas made since the introduction of the new longer ratio formats. As Chris explains:

"In the short time since introducing the new ratios, I've found myself with greater freedom at the point of deciding the exact panoramic crop to apply. Previously this image might have been a problem as, after working for some time on the figures distributed across it, I really wanted this horizontal arrangement - none of the figures could be culled! But the expanse of forground cobbles that this would have necessarily required in the previous longest ratio would have spoiled it for me. However, at 1:4 it feels exactly right".
